The DILG, headed by Sec. Ronaldo Puno,will not be filing any charges against former President Estrada and Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay.This was after they joined a parade with a machine gun on their float.It was investigated that it was an authentic 50 caliber machine gun.Puno was also convinced that the two are unaware that they will be riding a motorcade with a gun mounted in it.
