After 16 years of imprisonment, convicted rapist Romeo Jalosjos was given a certicate of discharge yesterday by the Bureau of Corrections.It happened around 9:00 a.m. and according to Oscar Calderon, ( Bureau of Corrections Director ).Jalosjos already served his sentenced after being convicted of 6 counts of statutory rape and acts of lasciviousness in 1996.
