0People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao was voted as Fighter of the Year of the Boxing Writers Association of America after he defeated Oscar de la Hoya.The award will be presented to him in June 12 at New York.

0GMA network released a statement regarding the transfer of rights to broadcast the fight of Manny Pacquiao and Ricky Hatton from Solar Sports to ABS-CBN.The network was dissapointed because of his decision . There were also rumors that Pacquiao was offered by ABS-CBN a full media support for his candidacy in the 20010 election as Congressman.
