There is no expected increase of our commonly used Liquified Petrolelum Gas or LPG as LPGMA confirmed the said report that will take effect for the next three weeks. 11-kilogram tank of LPG price is pegged at P488. LPGMA, which is composed of independent retailers, last adjusted its prices on June 27 when it added P3 for every kilo of LPG. According to Arnel Ty, its President, there is also a possibility of a rollback if world contract prices of cooking gas will go down. However, Shell and Petron sell their LPG’s for around P550 per tank. The two oil firms jacked up LPG by P1.40 a kilo three weeks ago.
