Ever Gotesco’s Owner ordered to vacant premises

The management of Ever Gotesco Grand Central Mall has until today to vacate the establishment after a writ of possession issued by acting Judge Oscar Barrientos of the Caloocan Regional Trial Court Branch 126. He had given Ever Gotesco Management 3 days starting last monday.

It came to this scenario after Gotesco Investments Inc. (GII) failed to pay 23 years’ worth of real property taxes amounting to P722.3 million to the Government.
