Actor Ram Revilla, the half-brother of Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. was killed in his home in BF Homes Parañaque late Friday.

He sustained multiple stab wounds and a gunshot on his head and was pronounced dead on arrival at the Parañaque General Hospital. He was 22 years old. Ram was with his girlfriend, Janelle Manahan, and another sibling Ramona Revilla when the incident happened. Manahan also suffered a gunshot wound on the left side of the face and shoulder but is now out of danger. The suspect was wearing a bonnet when he entered the house according to Manahan. Ram’s last TV appearance was in ABS-CBN’s Tonyong Bayawak top-billed by Coco Martin.

Young actress Andi Eigenmann finally named the father of her unborn child in a blog post on Sunday, September 4.

“Maybe instead of feeling bad that Albie left me to take on this responsibility by myself, I should thank him for giving me the opportunity go out and find genuine happiness once again,” part of her blog post said. Andi is also hoping that Albie would still accept responsibility. “I’d obviously love for him to be around eventually. You know, to save myself the struggle to find a good way to explain his absence to his child.” she added.

The identity of President Benigno Aquino III’s mystery date was finally revealed. He was seen with the girl during the reunion concert of the Hotdog band on Monday night (May 16) at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati City was named by Inquirer.

According to Inquirer.net, Aquino’s companion is “Bunny Calica”, a 27-year-old teacher who is into early education and is working with Korean students.

The two are not into romantic relationship but they go out whenever they have free time. They met 4 years ago and hasn’t seen him since until recently.

The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) suspended TV5′s primetime variety show “Willing Willie” for 30 days, inclusive of the program’s three-week voluntary suspension.

This was the decision given by the MTRCB’s Hearing and Adjudication Committee, headed by Noel del Prado with members Milo Sogueco and Carmen Musngi.

This suspension rose from the issue of “Jan-jan” last March 2011.

The Wowowee host said that she will sing her favorite songs to include on her dream CD. Aside from that, there will also guest singers on her debut album.

“For me kasi it’s a statement to all the singers out there na hindi nakakakanta pero passion nila ang kumanta,” she said.
