Senate passes anti- “no permit, no exam” bill
0As the examination period in schools draws near, the House of Representative yesterday unanimously voted for the passage of the consolidated anti-“no permit, no exam” for a third and final reading. It is now up to the Senate to adopt the bill before handing it to the President for his signature.
