Everyone’s jumping on the healthy bandwagon. I’ve got friends who literally count the calories before putting anything on their plate. But more than vanity, it’s health that matters. That’s why these days, before we even put anything in our mouths we tell ourselves, “Wait…is this good for my health? Will this make me fat?!”

Those are the things our mind consciously ask. But really, before those rational stuff, our brain shouts out—Does that taste good?!

Thing is, most stuff that’s good for your health don’t exactly taste as good as those that aren’t exactly the most healthy stuff around. So when I find something that’s healthy and tastes really good, I spread the good news around. We all need it, after all.

Take for example my newest dig: Minute Maid Pulpy. Yeah, yeah, I know what you’re thinking: That’s bottled juice—tastes like fruit alright, but for sure that’s loaded with tons of bad stuff like preservatives! Hold on to your seats, because Minute Maid Pulpy has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED. Whew! Say goodbye to fears of allergens…or worse, those harmful stuff which not only hinder our cells’ ability to rebuild themselves, but could even cause deadly diseases like cancer. Oooohhhh….I don’t mean to sound morbid, but really, I don’t think we give too much thought over these supposedly little things they put in the stuff we eat or drink!

So, when I found out about this healthy orange drink, I gave it a try…well, more like, I gave it a chance. I thought, maybe I could drink this occasionally—for those times when I need to wash off all the sinful stuff I’ve indulged in. Occasionally being the operative term; because I thought this wouldn’t exactly taste great; and would only be a rational, healthy choice over my usual drinks when I’m on my I-wanna-feel-good-and-try-to-be-healthy-mode. Something I’d drink because I have to, not because I want to.

But I was slapped with the wonderful pulpy reality of how great this juice tastes!

It tastes the way orange juice should taste—citrusy, orangey, with just the right amount of tangy sweetness, and it even has pulp! I swear, if it didn’t come from a bottle I would’ve thought it was freshly squeezed. It’s got real pulp bits from the first sip, down to the last drop!

Now, I drink it every chance I get. When I’m at the gym. Snacking at the office. Having lunch with some friends. Even during dinner. It just feels good to know that you’re satisfying your taste buds while keeping your body healthy.

The only set-back is that sometimes my friends want to get a sip of my Minute Maid Pulpy, and I don’t let them have any. Nobody touches my Minute Maid Pulpy!! I almost snapped at Lizzie for trying to switch her half-empty bottle with mine…haha! I’d have to create a separate blogpost on that!

Wow…all these pulpy orange goodness, with no preservatives added. It’s almost too good to be true! But believe me, it’s soooo true. In fact, I’m enjoying one as I type up this blog right now.

And you ought to get yourself a bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy too—not only because it tastes great, is pulpyliciously healthy, but can also win you cool cash in the coming weeks. Watch out for it on this blog!

For the meantime, check out the Minute Maid Facebook Fan Page.

Would you choose a classic Walkman over today’s take-everything-everywhere iPod’s? Would you limit yourself to a sandwich when you could grab a combo? Would you settle for your usual tea drink when there’s Real Leaf Green Tea?

I bet you won’t! Why would you when Real Leaf is not only made from natural green tea leaves but is also deliciously blended with the natural goodness of honey? It’s the one-of-a-kind combination that helps revive both mind and body, made even more luscious by infusing fruit flavors. And this is what your green tea could be!

Taking your tea-drinking experience to a whole new high, this quality product from The Coca- Cola Company packs the rewards of refreshing green tea and real honey in one great-tasting beverage. Whether in school or at work as you scurry to fulfill your dynamic everyday life, it’s that perfect perk-upper to help take you away from all the stress and keep you right on track.

If you’re not convinced it’s not your average tea yet, why not try any of its three delightful flavors- Honey Apple, Honey Lemon and Honey Lychee? And with every sip, be refreshed, boost focus and alertness whenever you get a good dose of theanine, an amino acid that is naturally found in tea plants. At the same time, fill your senses up with thathint of gentle sweetness that only yummy honey brings. Both these make up Real Leaf’s deliciously reviving* formula, just what you need as you continue relishing life on the fast lane.

Now that you know just how amazingly Real Leaf puts a spin to your typical green tea drink, it’s time to get to know your “brew” it a little bit more. The brewing process used to produce Real Leaf follows only world-class standards based on years of experience and expertise of The Coca-Cola System. The result? Optimum freshness, quality, aroma and all the rewarding benefits of natural tea are unquestionably retained. Not to mention that green tea leaves used are sourced all the way from the Zhejiang region of China, the country that produces more than 70% of the total green tea output in the world.

Finally, it’s time for one last fun fact you might find handy the next time you’re in the grocery store to pick the right tea beverage for you and your friends. Honey has a low calorie level. It contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids and can even help prevent your seasonal allergies and is a good source of antioxidants. Who knew it could be that unique ingredient that would spell out that delicious difference? Real Leaf did and it’s here to let us experience a revitalized standard on what could be healthy and tasty too!

Would you settle for your usual tea drink when there’s Real Leaf Green Tea?
